NTSB Issues Safety Recommendation to Viking Air Regarding DHC-3 Stabilizer Seals
The National Transportation Safety Board has directed Viking Air to advise operators of the DHC-3 aircraft to remove unapproved moisture seals from horizontal stabilizer actuators.
