NTSB Issues Safety Recommendation to Expand Load Manifest Requirements for Single-Engine Aircraft
The National Transportation Safety Board has directed the Federal Aviation Administration to extend recordkeeping rules under 14 CFR Part 135.63(c) to cover single-engine operations.
