NTSB Issues Recommendation A-25-022 to FAA Regarding Boeing Safety Culture Review
The National Transportation Safety Board has directed the Federal Aviation Administration to convene an independent panel for a comprehensive review of Boeing Commercial Airplanes' safety culture.
