NTSB Issues Recommendation A-26-055 to DOT and FAA Regarding Air Traffic Organization Safety Culture
The National Transportation Safety Board has directed the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration to convene an independent panel for a comprehensive safety culture review.
