What happened
On an unidentified date, a twin-engine aircraft was performing a flight back toward Maribor. The passengers on board were employees of Hidromontaža Maribor, a firm responsible for the construction of the Sip Dam located on the Danube.
During the flight, the aircraft impacted the terrain at the slope of Mt Veliki Krš, which reaches an elevation of 1,148 meters. This impact occurred within the boundaries of Đerdap National Park. The accident resulted in seven fatalities, with no survivors reported among the occupants.
