Synopsis

Air carrier Captain reported receiving an incomplete Final DG Summary during preflight. After conferring with Dispatch a corrected Final DG Summary was received 33 minutes after scheduled departure. Final DG Summary errors are a recurring problem at this station.

Narrative

The final dangerous goods summary per FOM for Aircraft X ZZZ-ZZZZ was not received until 33 minutes after scheduled departure. The situation involved dangerous goods being boarded; and incorrect 'final dangerous goods summary' being sent to the flight deck approximately 50 minutes before departure. While the summary shows 'final' (see attached); it is in the same format as the 'planned dangerous goods summary' on FOM. This does not include who loaded the goods or the employee confirmed that the packages were not damaged; leaking; or labeled for cargo aircraft only. I began querying the station 40 minutes before departure as this same problem happened on Aircraft X ZZZ-ZZZZ (18 minute delay on that flight). After advising the station; lead ramp agent; and Dispatch a correct (per FOM) final dangerous goods summary was sent 33 minutes after scheduled departure. This is the fourth report I have filed for the same type situation in ZZZ. I have not seen this problem at other Company domestic or international stations. In addition; on both delayed flights the pre-departure service message showed lav service needed; but our onboard waste indicator showed it had been completed.
