Synopsis
Air carrier First Officer reported; during the takeoff roll; another aircraft appeared as though they were not going to stop prior to entering the runway. ATC instructed the other aircraft to stop multiple times before it stopped just past the runway hold short line.
Narrative
As pilot flying on takeoff roll from ZZZ Runway XXR; prior to a V1 of 161 KIAS (I don't know exactly the speed but my guess is at least 140 KIAS); I noticed an aircraft that had landed on Runway XXL; rapidly approaching Runway XXR. Seconds later; Tower told the other airline to 'stop the aircraft'. The aircraft continued to approach Runway XXR at a high speed and the Tower again told them to 'stop'. At that point the aircraft abruptly stopped and was stopped by the time we rotated. However; the Captain did state later that he was able to see the nose of the aircraft was over the hold short lines. There was no discussion during takeoff of a go or no-go decision; but I knew it was unlikely that at reject prior to V1 would have allowed us to stop prior to the aircraft entering the runway. Therefore; I mentally prepared for an early rotation if necessary. Fortunately; that was not necessary and the takeoff continued as normal. Once at a safe altitude; the Captain and I debriefed the incident. We were in agreement on the course of action we would have taken if the aircraft had entered the runway.
