A319 First Officer reported During climb to FL290; they noticed the Cabin Pressure was blinking green (on and off) reading 9;550 as we flew through FL260. About 5 seconds later a Master Warning with associated aural sounds; the ECAM showed CAB PR in red. The flight crew began an immediate descent to 10;000 feet. The flight crew continued at that altitude to destination airport and recorded the issue in the log book. This was a repeat discrepancy from the prior flight.

Narrative

On Date; I was the Pilot Flying for Aircraft X: ZZZ to ZZZ1. During our climb to FL290; I noticed the Cabin Pressure was blinking green (on and off) reading 9;550 ft. as we flew through FL260. I mention this to the Captain who told me to level off. About 5 seconds later we got a Master Warning with associated aural sounds; the ECAM showed CAB PR in red. The Captain ordered oxygen mask on and for me to initiate a priority descent to 11;000 ft. During the descent; the Captain checked the QRC; assigned flying/communications duties to me and executed the ECAM/QRH procedures. The Captain also coordinated with the Flight Attendants; Dispatch; myself and ATC; he was extremely busy. After reaching 11;000 ft.; the remaining normal briefing/checklist items were also completed. We landed without any further issues and stopped on the Runway for inspection by CFR personnel. The Captain's use of CRM was fantastic. On several occasions he asked for my opinion and kept the Flight Attendants fully informed of the situation; his flight deck leadership was outstanding. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have flown with such a professional; competent and distinguished Captain. The AML had a previous entry regarding a pressurization issue. This aircraft had an entry regarding this issue. The maintenance corrective action for that entry should be reviewed to see if it had anything to do with this event.
