Synopsis

ZKC Center Controller reported a MIA/MVA violation with an aircraft.

Narrative

I had seen Aircraft X flight progress strip much earlier so I knew we had a Jet inbound to TBN for a while. I made all of the calls and coordination with Tower early because I knew it was going to get busier with weather. SGF Approach called me to release control and let me know everyone (Mizzu Approach) was watching and informed me that he was also descending from 160 to 060. Upon the Pilot checking in; I pulled up the MIA/MVA altitudes for our airspace and in my rush to find a safe altitude; I mistakenly got the SGF Approach and 52/53/42/72 airspace boundaries confused and issued 3;000 ft. MSL when the safe altitude for his location was 3;200 ft. The aircraft descended much faster than I realized and I was distracted managing the flow of traffic that were climbing and descending as well as deviating for weather. Looking back at incident; it appears that the aircraft was only in that MVA for a very brief moment before nearly immediately entering an area where 3;000 ft. was safe.Perhaps changing the color (or at least giving us the option to change the color) of the boundaries that depicts the MVA/MIA so that it is separate from adjacent airspace depictions.
