Narrative

FL430; destination ZZZ with one passenger on board. We were 569 NM; about 1hr 30min east of ZZZ over ZZZ1 when we experienced a GEA-2 (General Engine/Airframe Interface Unit) Fail along with A-I E1 Fail and a ENG No Dispatch CAS Messages. Which then caused Yellow X's for Roll; Yaw; BAT2; Right Oil Press; Right Oil Temp; and Right FF PPH. On the Electrical Schematic Page there were Yellow X's on Hot Bus 2; Central Bus; DC Bus 2; SHED Bus 2; and GEN 2. On GTC we had a 'Failed Data Path' message; also there was a Red Box indication for the Right Main Landing Gear. My FO was the pilot flying; so I ran the appropriate checklists. We determined that we still had all functional equipment and controls along with the autopilot. The aircraft was stable; holding altitude; airspeed and course. I then called Maintenance and had a three way conversation with Maintenance; and the pilot on duty. I explained our situation and advised that the aircraft was under control and we seemed to have all control of the plane at that time. We determined that it was a GEA - 2 failure and made the decision to divert to ZZZ2. At that time; Dispatch was patched into our conversation to give us NOTAMS; weather; Runway and FBO information for ZZZ2. On downwind for Runway XX at ZZZ2; we extended the gear and flaps on speeds and still had the 'red box' on the right main gear. When we extended the flaps to full; we received the gear warning horn. We made the decision at that point to run the checklist for the 'LG LEVER DISAG' and preformed a manual gear extension. The landing on Runway XX in ZZZ2 was uneventful and a normal landing and taxi to the FBO.
