ACR WDB ALTDEV XING RESTRICTION NOT MET ON PROFILE DSCNT WITH AMENDED CLRNC RTE INTO LAX.

Narrative

FLT ENRTE TO LAX WAS CLRED DIRECT CIVET AND CIVET PROFILE. THEN RECLRED DIRECT CIVET DIRECT BASET; CROSS CIVET AT OR ABOVE 14000 FT; BASET AT 10000 FT. (DUE TO TIME OF DAY; APCH WOULD BE OVER WATER TO LAND E INSTEAD OF STRAIGHT IN TO LAND W.) SHORTLY AFTER PREVIOUS CLRNC FLT RECLRED DIRECT SANTA MONICA. SOON AFTER THIS CLRNC; ATC REMINDED FLT THAT IT WAS CLRED TO CROSS CIVET AFTER ABOVE 14000 FT. FLT; AT FIRST RESPONDED THAT IT WAS BY CIVET SINCE CIVET WAS NO LONGER ON EFIS. THEN FLT REMINDED ATC THAT IT HAD BEEN RECLRED DIRECT SANTA MONICA AND THEREFORE PREVIOUS CLRNC NO LONGER IN EFFECT. NO XING RESTRICTION WAS ISSUED ON NEXT CLRNC; JUST DIRECT SANTA MONICA. FLT PROCEEDED DIRECT TO SANTA MONICA AND DSNDED TO 10000 FT AS CLRED. HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE ATC CTLR FORGOT DIRECT SANTA MONICA CLRNC HAD BEEN ISSUED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 193793: WE REMINDED THE CTLR THAT WE HAD BEEN CLRED DIRECT TO THE SANTA MONICA VOR AND THAT THE XING RESTRICTION AT CIVET IS DELETED SINCE CIVET WAS NO LONGER A PART OF OUR CLRNC. THE CTLR SAID WE WERE CORRECT.
