Narrative

On the way from ZZZ1 to ZZZ we experienced a bleed one fail; we followed the QRH and bleed one came back. We landed in ZZZ with no issues. Once in ZZZ we wrote up the airplane for the bleed one. After Maintenance checked out the airplane; they said they would defer it. I stressed my concerns and they assured me it was okay. I talked to Dispatch and we both agreed that we could do the flight safely. On the way to ZZZ2 when climbing through 15;000 [ft.] we got bleed 2 fail; stopped the climb and ran the QRH procedure. After running QRH bleed two came back; and was working normal. Once climbing through about 20;000 cabin pressurization started to rise. I asked to for lower; ATC couldn't do lower. I [requested priority handling]. Than started a [priority] descent down to 10;000. Followed QRH procedure. Got numbers from Dispatch; had the fuel to continue on to ZZZ2. Me; my First Officer and Dispatch agreed that ZZZ2 was nearest suitable field. We landed with no issue. Oxygen mask never did drop. Cabin alt got up to 12500.Maintenance should listen to the pilots; and the issues they are having.
