Synopsis

Flight Crew reported during approach they got a SPOILER FAULT CAS and the main gear did not extend. Flight crew discontinued the approach; manually extended the landing gear and completed a diversion.

Narrative

On Day we were assigned a trip from ZZZ1 to ZZZ with three passengers. On departure from ZZZ1 we blocked out at XA18 and the trip was uneventful until descending into ZZZ. ATC assigned the ZZZZZ 2 arrival and cleared us to descend and maintain 8;000 ft. at ZZZZZ. On the descent and approximately 9;000 ft. we got a TRIM AIR LEAK CAS. I selected AIR SOURCE to PACK ONLY while the nonflying pilot went through the emergency procedure checklist. After 90 seconds the cast extinguished. Shortly after that we got a CYAN L HYD ENG CAS and the Nonflying Pilot went through the emergency checklist procedures which told us to turn the pump off. On about a four mile base to final to runway three into ZZZ we called airport insight and were given the visual approach to Runway XX. I called for flaps 20 and gear down. After selecting flaps 20 we got a SPOILER FAULT CAS and shortly after the main gear did not extend ( MAIN GEAR DISAGREE ). The Non-flying Pilot informed the Tower that we were unable to land and needed vectors in order to deal with the issue. The Tower assigned us 030 on the heading climb to 3;000 ft. and then assigned 4;000 ft. in the contact ZZZ Approach. We went through the MAIN GEAR DISAGREE checklist and manually extended the gear. We informed Approach that we needed a longer runway and would like to land at ZZZ2. Approach inquired if we would like to request priority handling and we informed them that yes; we would like to [request priority handling]. Then we went through the SPOILER FAULT checklist. After landing on XXR we lost our thrust reversers and after exiting the runway we lost the nose wheel steering. Tower inquired if we needed the rescue vehicles and we informed them that was not required. However we would like a tug to tow us into the FBO.

Second reporter narrative

On Day we were assigned a trip from ZZZ1 to ZZZ with three passengers. We blocked out of ZZZ at XA18; passengers were late. We were given As File for the trip which included the ZZZZZ 2. Arrival from ZZZZZ1. The trip was uneventful until descending thru 9;000 ft. while being vector for the visual to [Runway] XR at ZZZ. The CAS lit up with TRIM AIR LEAK the memory item was performed and the non-flying pilot got the checklist out for review. The CAS extinguished. Soon after that we got the L HYD ENG PUMP FAIL. While on base to final for XR Approach pointed out ZZZ; we told them it was in sight and were given the visual approach XR and contact Tower. The flying pilot called for flaps 20 gear down. After the flaps had been selected we got a Spoiler Fault CAS and then the MAIN GEAR DISAGREED warning. The non-flying pilot inform the Tower that we were unable to land and needed vectors while going thru the checklist. The Tower assigned us a heading and altitude as well as handing us back to ZZZ Approach. We went through the Gear Disagree checklist and manually extended the gear. Then we told approach that we needed a longer runway and they ask if we wanted to [request priority handling] and we did. Then we did the Spoiler Fault checklist. After landing on XXR at ZZZ2 we lost the left thrust reverser and after exiting the runway the NWS CAS came on and we lost that too. We then notified Tower that we would require a tow but; that no other rescue vehicles were required.
