Synopsis

BE-55 pilot reported electrical system failure resulted in the loss of the instrument panel lighting and indications resulting in a diversion.

Narrative

I was at 7;000 ft.; cruising and I start losing the panel partially. I called the ATC of ZZZ Approach; informing them of losing my panel and asked to find me the nearest airport near me my panel was 75% off. I squawked on my transponder 7600 the traffic controller voice was cutting in and out. I verified my distance 85 miles away from ZZZ1 I heard ZZZ 11 miles 9:30 to 10 o'clock then I lost all panels in the plane. I got my ForeFlight on my iPad with my sentry antenna I saw I lost about 3;000 ft. of the 7;000 ft. and my airspeed was 146 kts. I turned to ZZZ and made a 360 turn into the runway while I was cranking the gear down and maintaining a safe air speed. The engines were losing power per the air speed and getting more quiet of engine noise I saw green light gone from the Tower on landing to the final was 4 PAPI red and the gear crank did not move couldn't rotate it; so in my head it must be locked. I couldn't verify it because it was dark. I was over the numbers and I had to land it safely.
