Narrative
My original gate was XXX we were assigned by the control management to park the aircraft at XXY and go back to our gate. Unfortunately while we were parking the aircraft at XXY we received a call on the radio that we were now loading the same aircraft going to ZZZ/Aircraft X with zero prior notice; and since were only meant to park the aircraft we now had to return to our original gate and receive all our needed equipment for the outbound; as well as look at the load plan with minimal load time; Not to mention having to go manual due to my scanner being out of service (OTS) at the time. I was assigned support help; but unfortunately they were scheduled to be off in 15 minutes so they were released. I was informed of the missing NOTOC from a radio call from the control management after the aircraft was pushed off of the gate. I was worrying about catching a delay ; I notice lack of equipment to accomplish the task that I have been given; due to our crew movement and assignment time and stressing to make it on time I was not aware at the moment of the probable mis-delivery of the NOTOC with all those moving pieces and times changing constantly. Also; I mentioned prior to this task to one of our night managers on duty. I wanted to leave early that night due to not feeling well; mentally I was prepared to leave after parking this aircraft; I wasn't feeling well but when the extra task was given to us I tried to deliver safely.Once I was informed of the incident I immediately went into the nearest ready room to print the NOTOC; after the aircraft returned to the gate I handed the NOTOC to the Captain using a set of portable stairs. Then proceeded to inform Management that the NOTOC has been delivered.If there was only one person to call me or tell me I have Dangerous Good on this outbound prior to departure or I will be assigned to this outbound after parking it; would have given me enough time to finish this task with no delays or complications.
