Narrative

LANDED RWY 3 SAT. CLRED TO CLR RWY; CALL GND CTL. WE EXITED TAXIWAY D. I CALLED GND BUT DIDN'T GET A REPLY. THE CAPT MADE A L HAND TURN ONTO TAXIWAY N; CONTINUED DOWN THE TAXIWAY. I TOLD HIM TO STOP; BUT HE SAID; 'WHY.' I TOLD HIM; WE DIDN'T HAVE CLRNC TO TAXI DOWN N FROM GND. HE SAID THAT HE TALKED TO SOMEONE; THAT TALKED TO SOMEONE; THAT TALKED TO THE FAA. THEY SAID THAT WE WERE TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE AS WE DID BEFORE. AFTER THAT; GND CAME OVER THE FREQ; CLRED US TO THE GATE. WE PARKED THE ACFT; CONTINUED ABOUT THE TAXIWAY THING. I COULD SEE THAT I WAS IN A NO-WIN SOLUTION WITH THE GUY. SO WE; OR I; JUST STOPPED THE CONVERSATION. AS A FO; I'M GOING TO THE CHIEF PLT WITH THIS PROBLEM. AND I GUESS; I'LL KEEP FILING NASA RPTS OUT WHEN I GET A HARD NOSE CAPT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPT IS A CYA. RPTR IS FLYING WITH A CAPT WHO MAKES HIS OWN RULES. RPTR IS EXPECTING TO BE VIOLATED ON SOMETHING SO IS SENDING IN A NASA RPT EVERY TIME HE SEES A RULE VIOLATED THAT MIGHT INCRIMINATE HIM. INDICATED 3 MORE ARE ON THE WAY FROM THIS MONTH'S FLYING WITH THIS CAPT.
