TAXI CLRNC LIMIT OVERSHOT.
Narrative
GND CTL GAVE US INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW LINE OF ACFT TO RWY 28R ALONG OUTER RAMP; BUT TO HOLD SHORT ON INTXN 'LIMA'; AND CALL HOLDING SHORT. CAPT DOES NOT READ CHKLISTS; SO I WAS READING ENTIRE AFTER START AND BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST ITEMS AND PERFORMING ALL THEIR FUNCTIONS WHEN I NOTICED US PASSING 'LIMA' AND CONTINUING ON TO RWY 28R. I ADVISED CAPT THAT OUR INSTRUCTIONS WERE TO HOLD SHORT OF 'LIMA'. HIS RESPONSE WAS 'WHY THE HELL DO WE HAVE TO HOLD SHORT; HUH?' I ADVISED GND THAT WE PASSED LIMA; AND A VERY AGITATED GND CTLR TOLD US TO PULL INTO THE RUNUP PAD AND CONTACT TWR. THE CAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM IS REALLY RTED IN THE UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF THE CAPT. HE TOTALLY DEPENDS ON THE FO TO PERFORM ALL COCKPIT DUTIES; AND IN A TWO MAN AIRPLANE; THIS CAN ONLY SPELL TROUBLE IN THE FUTURE. THIS PARTICULAR CAPT IS RELATIVELY JUNIOR; AND HIS ATTITUDE SCARES ME. THIS PARTICULAR CAPT SPEAKS VOLUMES AGAINST UPGRADING BASED ON SENIORITY ALONE. SOMEHOW; ONLY PLTS WHO SHOW BOTH MERIT AND ABILITY SHOULD MOVE TO THE L SEAT! THIS CAPT LACKS BOTH!
