Synopsis
Private pilot reported a NMAC with vintage military aircraft. The pilot stated that the vintage aircraft pilot was making few if any radio calls regarding intentions and maneuvers at the non towered airport.
Narrative
While at the ZZZ annual air show; I informed the airport manager (event organizer) that I would be leaving in the Aircraft X along with an Aircraft Z. I told him we would leave immediately after the bombers. As soon as the second bomber entered the runway; we moved onto the taxiway. We waited with engines running while the bomber did their runup. The bomber even radioed that they were sorry to take so long. We were far enough forward that the bomber could see us on the taxiway - that is why he even knew to apologize. We told him we were in no hurry and to take his time. The second bomber lifted off and retracted gear. I announced my intentions and moved onto the runway at [taxiway] 1 and began my back taxi - then announced my direction of flight as to the north - (even though I had plenty of runway to take off from 1 - did it for safety anyway. Good thing I did. As I approached the end of the runway someone said radio check - I said loud and clear. The same voice then said Aircraft X exit 2 as the bomber was making a return low pass at 500 ft. The bomber had made a full 180 degree turn and was flying in the opposite direction to departing aircraft. He was flying directly over the runway south bound. He had not made as single radio call. He knew we were there and did not announce. Had I taken off at [taxiway] 1 it would have been a collision. After I lifted off and cleared the pattern; I heard bomber number one finally announce that he was on short final. This was after the Aircraft Z had announce his intentions and back taxied and announce 2 more times. Bomber number one had not made a single call until he noticed a plane on the runway when he was on short final. The following day I was flying and the same vintage aircraft was in an active pattern on base. There were 7 more planes on the field (taxi; runway and pattern) that were all announcing. The bomber was not. The bomber is the vintage aircraft and was carrying passengers at the time. I said over the radio that I see traffic in the pattern and to please announce immediately. They finally announced. This is three near misses by the bomber pilots.
