Synopsis

Air carrier ground personnel reported an important package with a HAZMAT label was not listed correctly on the aircraft cargo loading documents. There was no mention of DG on the flight; and the important packages were removed prior to departure.

Narrative

I was working the outbound Aircraft X ZZZ. There were (2) two important packages that I set aside; as we were loading after loading the baggage I scanned the important packages. When logging in for flight; the scanner did not show DG (Dangerous Goods) listed for this flight. I scanned the important packages and they did not show DG. I saw the one side of one box with the dry ice logo; so I went into the office and pulled up the tab for the flight and there was no DG for this flight. As I saw the dry ice logo; I recall the limited quantity was acceptable for important packages.Aircraft was ground interrupt to another terminal for the box to be removed from the aircraft as instructed by the CSM (Customer Service Manager) - for this reason I am being called into the office. After extensive research I have learned this important package was originally listed for two (2) previous flights for today and was re-tagged at the shipping department improperly. The package was not sent back to re-do proper DG paperwork.
