GPS updates inhibited but GPS Interference occurred resulting in Unable RNP EICAS msg prior to taxi with ANP remaining at 20.0nm. GPS showed no data in FMC or ND's (Navigation Displays) but no GPS EICAS caution appeared.IRS's (Inertial Reference System/Unit) realigned with ARP (Airport Reference Point) entered whilst waiting at holding point RWY 01 and ATC informed of delay. ANP reduced to 0.06 but started to increase.Upon Line Up on RWY; ANP was close to 1.0 and reducing to 0.06 after TOGA selected.Take off commenced with backup RAW data via VOR 013 radial/DME.Once airborne; well within RNP and with no further irregularities; ATC were not informed of any anomaly.GPS update selected to ON approx 5 mins after receiving GPS signal which corresponded to approx 10 mins after entering Saudi airspace.Approx 6 hrs later into Chinese airspace; GPS EICAS caution appeared for approx 30 mins with Transponder (L) and Transponder (R) intermittently occurring the entire flight.Mobile phone devices showed location as Cairo during layover and prior to departure.
