Narrative

Aircraft X ZZZ [airport] to ZZZ1 with a divert to ZZZ2. Diverted to ZZZ2 after BATT Discharge CAS. About an hour before TOD we noticed Battery #1 was showing 17 volts in yellow. We received a BATT DISCHARGE CAS. PIC called for Batt Discharge QRH. SIC ran through BATT Discharge Checklist. Checked Batt 1&2 voltage on MFD. Batt 1 out of range. Gen 1 switch off.Batt discharge message persist? Yes. Land as soon as possible. Elec emer button - push in. Engine abnormal vibration or noise exist? No. End of checklist.Told ATC we need to get lower altitude; they gave us FL340. Ran Electrical Emergency Memory items. Ran Cabin Altitude High memory items. ATC gave us a heading. Descent to 11000. Direct ZZZ2. SIC got Landing Numbers and Landing Numbers from the Flap Fail checklist. ATC gave us vectors for the visual approach RWY XX at ZZZ2. We backed up the visual approach with ILS RWY XX. Landed with no event and taxied to the FBO. Once we parked we ran the Emergency Evacuation Checklist. Missed the shutoff #2. SIC called smoke in cabin and we evacuated (smoke was condensation). PIC opened the door and got 1st female passenger off; followed by dog; then the Male passenger. SIC followed. Emergency crews followed us to the ramp and greeted us once everyone was out. Noticed male pax had a bloody nose. Asked pax if they are okay. Asked fire rescue to evaluate the passengers; rescue reported back that they were okay. Gave fire personnel / police a brief description of the Batt Discharge. PIC provided pilot certificate to take pictures. As the pilot flying/ PIC I should had confirmed that the PM followed up our Electrical Emergency Memory Items and Cabin Altitude High memory items with the QRH. I know he was going through the QRH for these checklist but never confirmed with the words CHECKLIST COMPETE or END.
