Narrative
I was Tasked to upload the flight ZZZ-ZZZ1 at the gate. I printed my trip sheet and looked for the NOTOC before the flight. No NOTOC was showing for the flight. While I was doing the upload I was given a box that have dry ice. I looked at the box and saw the hazard and dry ice mark. I uploaded with the Hazard sign. Before closing the flight I noticed that you have to click the accepted button for the NOTOC shipment. It did not look right to me since I did not received a NOTOC; so I decided to ask to another load personnel for more information. We double check on my flight and confirmed there is no NOTOC; then I went and informed the Manager about the situation. Since there was no NOTOC; I removed the Box from the Flight. Trying to make sure I verified the safety concern on the box gave me a delay of 3mns.Asking to a different load personnel; and the manager make me realize that the box should be retrieve from the flight. Person A brought the Box to my gate; but the flight was a different flight number. The NOTOC did not transfer to my flight. I took the box of the flight to make sure that the right thing was done and asking to another load personnel that the safety measure was done as well as it was a Medical box that have dry ice but the proper paper work was not completed before I received the box. We should have had the NOTOC before me receiving the box at my gate.
