Synopsis

Pilot flying PA28 aircraft reported low oil pressure and electrical malfunctions in cruise. Diverted and landed uneventfully.

Narrative

Around XA:30 I took off from ZZZ airport. Shortly after takeoff I requested a flight following to destination ZZZ1 [airport]. Upon reaching 3000ft after cruise checklist I started to notice low oil pressure on the oil pressure gauge (still in the acceptable range). While talking to ATC ZZZ [Approach] the pressure kept getting lower to minimum. I kept looking at the oil temperature but the oil temperature was in the acceptable range. Couple minutes later while talking to ATC my gauges went down to the lowest and my electrical components (radio / GPS / lights) start to get in and out. (Just note that right before takeoff and after landing I checked the oil and fuel with the correct amount oil 6qts and fuel 20gal each tank) At that point I attempted to make calls on the radio; some of them were successful due to electrical issues. I asked for vectored the nearest airport (ZZZ2) and [requested priority handling] for electrical issues / low oil pressure. Immediately after landing I called ATC to notify them that we landed safely. Immediately after the shutdown I made a phone call to the owner of the airplane; described the chain of events and asked for a mechanic.
