Narrative
I was the Gate XX hit the ground running. I was as assigned XA00-XH:30 didn't know until after clocking in arrived around XA:02 logged into work assignment software to see that I was tasked to load flight ABCD starting at XA:03 once the team arrived we went on to start the load putting the freight in the XX then bags no restricted article we then wen to the back to load up the YY [bin] and ZZ [bin] closing out the ZZ bin with 3 important packages weighing 4lb each 4-5 gate checked bags were added and I closed the flight up and finalized it started to roll the panel card up once I completed that it was about Gate Y or Z then the call came in about a notoc for captain and I first responded with NO then was advised from ramp manager and another to double check even with me saying I didn't load any DG's so I opened up the bin and went to look and it wasn't one so I took a picture of the freight then misprinted the notoc I first handed the captain do to being rushed thought I hit refused box but I didn't that's why it still showed unrestricted so went back in the XX bin pulled all bags out to get a good look at the two panel card of freights and then closed back up reprinted the notoc with the proper coding with the refuse not received box then re-finalized the flight and pushed out. First got a call from the tower over the radio then met by outside ramp manager asking if I knew or about the DG notoc paperwork and I responded no because when I first logged into the flight it said nothing about a notoc.Cause: It was a late added DG to the flight and I wasn't aware or notified until predeparture. stores never accepted it or brought it to plane side.Had to reopen the flight open up the bins double check the important packages and freight so we no for sure it wasn't on the plane then closed up and pushed outSuggestions: A late notification saying go check the DG notoc because we added it late to your flight and the captain will need to know before breaks are released.
