Synopsis

Air carrier pilot reported ramp exit spots on movement and non movement areas at DFW have been painted the same yellow color resulting in a taxiway incursion from Spot 32.

Narrative

DFW has put ramp exit spots on both movement and non movement sides of ramp in exactly the same color. Yellow. This is a recipe for someone slipping across the line into an active taxiway to go to the assigned spot from ramp. I slipped across the line and went to the spot on the active taxiway. ATC never knew any different due to the fact I was at Spot 32 and there was construction to my left and no traffic. My FO (First Officer) and I had discussed the day before how having two exactly looking spots; one on the ramp and one on the taxiway was a recipe for disaster. Putting new spots identical to original ramp spots on active taxiways.Get rid of the identical spots on the active taxiway. Like it always has been. How did we ever find a way to our ramp spot before they added these with the new construction. Option 2: Paint the spots on the active taxiway a different color like they do in SEA. A less vivid color; like pink or light green; but not the same as the vivid yellow that's on the ramp side. How they were ever allowed to put a same colored spot in two different places makes me cringe.
