Synopsis
General aviation pilot reported two near misses at a non-towered airport. The pilot performed a go around to avoid the other aircraft taking off; then another evasive maneuver in the go around climb to avoid the aircraft again once it became airborne.
Narrative
Landing at CLW. Reported downwind and base turn number 2 behind uninvolved aircraft. Rolling out on final; observed subject aircraft taking the runway for departure. Over the radio I reported that I was 1 mile final. The other pilot said 'sorry I will get out of the way.' I thought that meant taxiing to the next available exit from the runway. Aircraft started rolling and continued the takeoff after the first aircraft cleared the runway. I reported and executed a go around. Offset from the runway and climbed. Since I am faster I caught up with the other aircraft. That aircraft then turned right toward me with a right turn. I expected her to turn crosswind to the left and I would follow at a safe distance. When she turned toward me I transmitted 'I can't believe you turned toward me!' She said sorry about that and continued in my direction. I pulled back on the stick to gain vertical clearance and avoided the other aircraft. That aircraft continued the right turn and later landed at ZZZ1.
