Narrative
CONCERNED BECAUSE I COULDN'T REMEMBER AFTER LNDG IF I HAD ACTUALLY BEEN CLRED TO LAND. I WAS PERFORMING NON FLYING DUTIES. WE WERE CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH AND HANDED OFF FROM APCH CTL TO TWR. I BELIEVE WE WERE CLRED TO LAND (BUT CAN'T REMEMBER) AND DEFINITELY TOLD OF 1 ACFT AHEAD OF US ABOUT TO TOUCH DOWN. WE ACKNOWLEDGED AND CONTINUED THROUGH THE LNDG PROCS AND CHKLIST. THERE WERE 2 DISTRS IN THE COCKPIT. 1) LNDG CHKLIST TOOK LONGER TO COMPLETE THAN NORMAL BECAUSE A 'RUDDER UNRESTRICTED LIGHT' TOOK A LONG TIME TO COME ON AND 2) ON SHORT FINAL WE HAD A TCASII RA TO CLB. THIS WAS PROBABLY DUE TO THE ACFT THAT HAD LANDED AHEAD OF US. THE CHKLIST WAS FINALLY COMPLETE AND WE LANDED. SUBSEQUENT CONVERSATIONS WITH THE TWR LCL AND GND CTL WERE NORMAL AND DID NOT INDICATE ANYTHING WAS AMISS. I LATER CALLED THE TWR ON THE TELEPHONE TO CONFIRM THAT WE HAD BEEN CLRED. THE CTLR I TALKED TO DID NOT KNOW OF ANY PROBLEM. THE CTLRS WORKING OUR FLT NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO INDICATE WE LANDED WITHOUT LNDG CLRNC. MY CALL TO THE TWR WAS SEVERAL HRS LATER ON THE WAY BACK THROUGH BILLINGS. THE CTLR I TALKED TO WAS NOT ON DUTY AT THE TIME OF OUR LNDG IN QUESTION. HOWEVER; HAD THERE BEEN A PROBLEM HE WOULD HAVE HEARD ABOUT IT.
