Synopsis
BE33 pilot reported complete electrical failure and diversion to a nearby non-towered airport where the reporter made a gear up landing.
Narrative
Traveling from ZZZ3 to ZZZ2 and just past the city I noticed my engine analyzer; navcoms; autopilot; had all turned off. I checked to see if the landing gear was functional and saw movement at the bar indicator by the feet; which I interpreted as normal function. Since I had no communication I thought I should land at an non towered airport and planned to go to ZZZ1. As I approached the mountainous area I noticed that I was descending and losing speed at the same time. I went from 11k ft and 120 knots to 8k ft and 85 knots even though my throttle was all in.I tried to adjust mixture; but the engine got rough; and I was still descending. I realized that I would not be able to get across the mountain; and decided to look for a nearby airport. I noticed on the electronic chart on my Ipad that ZZZ was not too far to my right; and pointed in that direction as I slowly descended. I became obsessed with managing the descent with my alignment with the main Runway. After skidding on the Runway and getting out of the plane it was apparent that landing gear was only partially down. It was basically a gear up landing. The landing gear; the belly and the propeller were seriously damaged.
