Synopsis
Pilot of a light twin aircraft reported taking evasive action at a non towered airport by executing a go-around to avoid a collision with a light aircraft on the runway ahead of him.
Narrative
The near miss occurred while I was attempting to land at ZZZ airport. I had been reporting my intentions to land there approximately 10 miles to the east; over Location A. I entered my pattern according to what is published in the SOP. I had reported 5 miles southeast that I would be crossing over midfield and entering a left upwind for Runway XX; I reported crossing midfield; a midfield left up wind; a left crosswind; turning left down wind; left midfield downwind; left base; final and short final. I heard communication from aircraft that I was following; who was in sight the entire time. I heard communication from aircraft behind me in the pattern. I never heard any communication from Aircraft Y that was apparently following me on a downwind. I landed on Runway XX. As I was rolling out and the tail coming down I saw Aircraft Y on the runway ahead of me. I went to full power; raised the flaps and proceeded with an aborted landing. I had to veer to the left; slightly; to miss Aircraft Y and yet avoid the parked aircraft on the east side of the runway. I barely cleared everything. I made a left-hand downwind departure and went to ZZZ. Reports from multiple people on the ground monitoring frequency said that Aircraft Y never made any radio calls. Also witnesses/pilots on the ground said that Aircraft Y had made a left base turn well in front me and landed ahead of me. It was also observed by witnesses that Aircraft Y pilot was in no rush to get off the runway.
