Synopsis
Citation 525 pilot reported running just off the end of the runway after touching down too fast; preventing the aircraft from slowing to a safe turnoff speed.
Narrative
Landed on Runway XXR via the RNAV GPS at ZZZ (3;400 ft runway with a 1000 ft displaced threshold). Landed on the fix distance markers. Speed did not bleed off and was too fast to make the 90 degree turn off at the end of the runway. Rather than trying to make a high speed 90 degree turn onto the ramp; applied full brakes and stopped at the end of the runway. Nose of the aircraft and front landing gear extended over the edge of the pavement. Rest of the airplane(main wheels and body of the aircraft) remained on the pavement at the end of the runway. No damage to aircraft. At this point; shut down the engines. If I would have tried to taxi the aircraft I would have needed to do a 90 degree turn. This would cause my right front main tire to extend past the end of the runway paved area. Had ground service use their tug to push aircraft backward then turn it 90 degrees so to access the ramp just adjacent to were we were.I have been landing on this runway now for many years uneventful with my Citation jet. This has never been an issue before. I think the speed was too fast and perhaps a bit too high over the numbers to safely enable effective braking. Also might not have begun braking as soon as the wheels touched down. No damage to aircraft. Will be more mindful in the future to avoid.
