Synopsis

A Fractional Jet pilot reported Cabin Pressurization malfunction; loss of oil pressure and several other systems malfunctions causing them to divert to a nearby airport.

Narrative

En route ZZZ-ZZZ1 while in cruise at FL400 in VMC conditions; we received a ENG CNTRL FAULT R yellow CAS (Crew Alerting System) message. Being the PF; I elected to have the PM run the QRH for this checklist. Following the QRH; we came to the end of the checklist where it says; Land as soon as practical" procedure complete. Following the completion of this QRH we were also given a PRESSURIZATION FAULT yellow CAS message. Again; I had the PM run the QRH. I elected to stay over land and follow it south in the event that we did have an emergency and needed to descend quickly; I would rather have done so over land than over water. Following the checklist; we noticed that we were increasing cabin altitude pressure as well. While this was all going on; I looked at our engine instruments and noticed we had lost the following; RH OIL PSI; RH OIL TEMP; RH SPEED BRAKE'S; RH GEN AMPS; all denoted by a yellow x. We elected to descend to FL300 where for a slight time; we noticed the cabin altitude was holding pressure but then would increase again so we elected to proceed down to 15;000 and then 10;000. While doing this; I handed the controls over to my PM and attempted to contact the company numerous times via WIFI calling on the company device and calling via the GTC (Garmin Touchscreen Control) in the Latitude. I was not able to be connected each time. Making the decision to proceed to ZZZ2. Upon landing around 4;000 feet we noticed the cabin Delta P was beginning to go negative; so we finished the QRH for PRESSURIZATION FAULT (as directed; it says BEFORE LANDING) and depressurized the cabin. Throughout this process; ATC [gave priority handling] for us and passed along the information to the ATC Tower in ZZZ2 where upon arrival; they had fire trucks waiting for us. Although we did not request to be named an emergency aircraft or have the fire trucks in position; ATC had arranged this for us."

Second reporter narrative

FL400 ZZZ-ZZZ1; we received ENG CTRL Fault R CAS (Crew Alerting System) message. While running the appropriate QRH procedure for that CAS message; we received a pressurization fault CAS message. Completed the QRH for the ENG ctrl fault R message. While running the QRH procedure for the pressurization fault; we noticed the cabin altitude begin to rise; so we requested a descent to FL300 with ATC. As we leveled at FL300; we noticed the cabin altitude begin to rise again so we elected to descent to 15000 and divert to ZZZ2. In the descent; the PIC noticed our R engine Oil pressure and oil temperature readings were also blank and showing amber lines. We landed runway XX at ZZZ2 after completing both appropriate QRH procedures for the CAS messages.
