CAPT OF LTT ACR ACFT EXCEEDED THE ATA AIRSPD RESTRICTION REQUIREMENT PER FAR 91 PT 117 (B).
Narrative
WE WERE ON THE LAST ROUND TRIP OF A 3 DAY TRIP THE CAPT WAS PF AND WAS INTERESTED IN GETTING OFF EARLY. AFTER CRUISING TO TYR AT HIGHER THAN COMPANY STANDARD CRUISE SETTING THE CAPT CONTINUED THE STRAIGHT IN APCH AT 220 KIAS. THIS SPD POSSIBLY CONTINUED INTO THE ATA EVEN AFTER I ASKED THE CAPT TO SLOW FOR GEAR EXTENSION. FINALLY APPROX 1 TO 1/2 MI FROM THE LNDG THRESHOLD CAPT PULLED THE PWR TO IDLE. AT 25 PERCENT FLAP EXTENSION SPD WE EXTENDED 25 PERCENT FLAPS. OVER THE END OF THE RWY APPROX 100 FT AGL WE WERE STILL OVER THE 146 GEAR SPD. TYR TWR CALLED TO 'CONFIRM GEAR DOWN' AT THIS TIME CAPT ABRUPTLY PULLED BACK ON THE STICK UNTIL GEAR SPD; WE DROPPED GEAR AND FLAPS. HE SHOVED THE NOSE OVER WE LANDED HALFWAY DOWN THE RWY AND STOPPED 200-300 FT FROM THE END OF THE RWY. I FELT A LNDG COULD STILL BE MADE AT THE TIME OF EXTENSION AND THEREFORE DID NOT REQUEST A GAR AND CAUSE A CONFLICT IN THE COCKPIT. THIS CAPT HAS A BLATANT DISREGARD FOR SAFETY AND PROCS THAT IS NOT TYPICAL OF A PROFESSIONAL PLT IN OUR COMPANY.
