Synopsis

Air carrier First Officer reported a Flaps Misconfig and Master Warning during take-off roll. Flight crew aborted the take-off.

Narrative

Day 0 out of ZZZ using Runways XY / XX for winds we got ACARS data for both runways with XX being the preferred runway by CA who was PF FO was PMIn the rush of preparing for departure / push back the Takeoff Perf page was set up with the wrong Runway (XY) this had a V1 of about 132 knots when it needed V1 of 116 for Runway XX as well as set flaps 2 in the FMS when 4 was needed. We ran the Before Start Checklist below the line neither of us caught the discrepancy of the V speeds. When we ran the After-Takeoff Checklist I stated flaps 2 was required selected and indicated. And CA stated the same. Upon being cleared for takeoff Runway XX after the check thrust callout; I checked the perf data for flaps etc. Again and noticed the discrepancy of flaps 4 required and 2 selected. In the rush of things; I selected flaps 4 to correct our error. This caused a Flap Misconfig and Master Warning with CA aborting and me explaining what happened. We ran the RTO (Rejected Take-off)/Post RTO checklist talked about our error. Reconfigured for takeoff and then departed off the same runway to ZZZ1.Suggestions: New CA to aircraft so as FO I had a heavier load than normal and may have ran the checklists just as fast as I run them with a Captain that knows the aircraft. As well as setting up more of the aircraft rather than splitting the set up.Better crew communication ensuring we are both on the same mindset and know which runway(s) we want to depart off of in airports that allow you to choose As FO I will also be taking a few seconds to grab the ACARS paper and ensure to review the V speeds and the Flap setting after the After-Start Checklist prior to calling for taxi to back up the CA in case he does not grab / see the paperwork correctly and ensure that we are set up correctly for the runway we are taxing to.I will also still review the perf data again when either getting close; holding short or cleared for takeoff.
