NMAC AT A RWY INTXN BTWN 2 ACFT TAKING OFF.

Narrative

I WAS FLYING AN SMA SEL X ON A SHORT FINAL TO RWY 18. AN SMA SEL WAS #2 BEHIND ME. HE ASKED FOR A FULL STOP LNDG. I HAD ALREADY BEEN CLRED FOR A TOUCH-AND-GO. ABOUT THE TIME I WAS IN MY FLAIR; THE TWR CLRED 2 FGT FALCONS TO TKOF ON RWY 23. AFTER I WAS DOWN AND CLEANED UP THE AIRPLANE; I SAW 1 FGT PASS WELL IN FRONT OF ME; SO I ADDED PWR. IN APPROX 5 SECONDS AFTER PWR APPLICATION; I ROTATED AND STARTED TO CLB AT VY. I THEN SAW A SECOND FGT Y ROLLING TOWARD RWY 18 ON RWY 23 SO I IMMEDIATELY INITIATED A CLB AT VX. THE FGT Y ABORTED HIS TKOF ROLL AS I PASSED OVER RWY 23 AT APPROX 75 FT AGL. AT THE TIME I CROSSED RWY 23; THE FGT Y HAS ALREADY ABORTED HIS TKOF AND WAS APPROX 50 FT FROM THE RWY 23/RWY 18 INTXN. THE SMA SEL THAT WAS BEHIND ME WAS TOLD TO GAR. THE CTLR MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT I WAS TOUCH AND GO. I CONTINUED TO TKOF BECAUSE I KNEW I WOULD BE AIRBORNE AND ABOVE ANY JET BLAST OR WAKE TURB OF THE FGT THAT DEPARTED IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE THAT THERE WAS A SECOND FGT Y UNTIL I SAW HIM WHEN I WAS AIRBORNE. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT HE WAS THERE; I WOULD HAVE MADE MY LNDG A FULL STOP. THIS AREA IS HIGHLY CONGESTED WITH STUDENT TRAINING ACFT AND THIS DAY WAS NO EXCEPTION. THE CTLRS WERE LNDG AND TAKING OFF FGT TFC ON RWY 23 AND TRAINING ACFT WERE LNDG AND TAKING OFF ON 18. I FEEL I MADE A VALID DECISION TO PROCEED WITH MY TKOF.
