Narrative

After pushback we got an AHRS1 ALGN and Stall Protection System (SPS) ADVANCED EICAS message after starting engines. Contacted maintenance control for trouble shooting procedures. Maintenance (MX) told us since we didn't have the AHRS 1-2 FAIL message; to just wait 10-15 minutes to allow it to realign. MX told me because of the lack of Integrated Standby Instrument System (ISIS) information we would need to return to gate if unable to realign. But the airplane realigned after roughly 4 minutes. MX gave us the green light to depart since the messages went away and everything was back to normal. After running the rest of the checklists; and getting cleared for departure; the controls were transferred to me and I began the takeoff roll.Just under 120 kts the AHRS1 align message appeared again and the ISIS lost all its instrumentation again. The caption called the reject and took the controls. IMC conditions with bases BKN around 1500. We were able to taxi off the runway; no brake over-temp with ranges in the green

Second reporter narrative

ZZZ-ZZZ1 flight was boarded and ready to go. We pushed back from the gate. We began taxiing out to the runway. Cabin was secured and we started picking up speed. Seconds into picking up speed; the plane was slowing down. CA advised everyone to remain seated then called me on the PA to advise we was heading back to the gate due to cockpit maintenance issue. We were able to taxi back to the gate and deplane all the pax.
