Malibu pilot reported while taxing proceeding slight beyond a hold point resulting in crossing traffic aircraft to take evasive action to avoid a collision with the aircraft. ATC had the Malibu continue their taxi to the FBO.

Narrative

At approximately XA:25 after landing at ZZZ; I was given taxi instructions as follows by Ground Controller. Aircraft X; taxi left on 1 and hold short Runway XXL. I repeated instructions and proceeded to taxi. Mid way heading north on 1 I received amended taxi; Aircraft X; continue taxi 1 and hold short Taxiway 2; pass behind Aircraft Y and proceed to cross XXL. I confirmed and continued taxi. Upon reaching Taxiway 2 I proceeded to stop. I believe I stopped a tad past where I was supposed to stop. Although the airliner had a larger wingspan; they still had clearance room; albeit it was a tad tight. When I arrived they were already stopped to my right. Aircraft Y transmitted to Ground Controller that they have a single engine in front and cannot cross (me). Ground transmitted; Aircraft X; you spooked Aircraft Y; continue taxi and cross XXL. I repeated instruction and proceeded to taxi. A moment later. Aircraft Y transmitted; Ground; we had to hit our brakes and one of our Flight Attendants (FAs) fell and may be injured. We need a moment to assess. Ground acknowledged and proceeded to give me a number to call for possible pilot deviation. I shut down at the FBO and called Tower and they requested all of my personal information and advised the FSDO will reach out to me next week. I apologized for any wrong doing or confusion and called back 10 minutes later to inquire on the status and was advise Aircraft Y departed and did not required medical attention.
