Synopsis
A321 Captain reported touching down safely after encountering wake turbulence from a preceding A350 just before landing at SFO.
Narrative
Flight was cleared for the visual approach to runway 28L. The proceeding aircraft was an A350 flying the approach to Runway 28R. The traffic was in sight and I believe we were approximately 3 miles in trail. The prevailing wind was 020/5 knots so we were anticipating some wake from the aircraft. The FO who was the PM; specifically mentioned this possibility. After glide slope intercept; I disconnected AP1 and elected to keep the auto-thrust on for landing. I verbalized to the FO that I would stay on the glide path or slightly high to mitigate any wake from the A350 ahead. The aircraft was stabilized with checklist complete at 1500 AGL. At approximately 200-300 feet ; I felt a slight amount of wake in the form of slight vibration and roll in both directions; which was easily counteracted. At approximately 200 feet; the aircraft rolled to the right more aggressively after encountering the wake turbulence. After rolling wings level; the aircraft was no longer aligned with the runway center line; so I made a correction back to runway center line and touched down in the touchdown zone in a slight crab; resulting in a less than smooth landing. The rollout and turn off at taxiway Tango was uneventful.
