Synopsis

B767 flight crew reported annunciation of fire bell after takeoff. Flight crew returned and landed uneventfully.

Narrative

On takeoff roll after V1 and just upon initiating liftoff from the runway(145-155kias) we received a fire bell with no additional status/caution/light indications. Once established in the climb out with gear retracted and prior to the switch to departure; we called tower and requested a turn for an immediate return to the field. Tower gave us an altitude and heading and asked if we need the Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) upon landing. I asked them to stand by as we assessed the situation. Once we were level; appropriately configured; and pointed in the right direction; we determined that there were no additional indication of fire; smoke; engine degradation; fuel flow variances; or unusual fumes. Max landing weight was reviewed and determined to be greater than our current weight so no fuel dumping was initiated. The XXR ILS was loaded and we pulled numbers for our weight and sent a divert message. As a precaution we requested that ARFF be alerted from tower and contacted ramp in the secondary radio to alert them of our return. The remaining vectors to final and ILS capture to landing were uneventful. Upon taxiing off the runway the Captain requested ARFF visually inspect the aircraft with infrared sensors prior to entering a ramp and was informed that they did not have any unusual hot spots. We proceeded to ramp X; spot X for shutdown. The fire bell did not cease until a complete aircraft shutdown was completed. ARFF followed us to park and examined all cargo holds as a precaution after shutdown.
