PA-34 pilot and examiner reported the right main landing gear failed during landing roll out.
Narrative
Piper Seneca PA-34-200 expericed a right main structure gear failure on roll out after landing on Runway XXR at ZZZ.The aircraft came to a completed stop on the right side of runway XXR. The tower was notified of the occurence and reporeted no injuries to any occupants. There were two SOB (Souls on Board) and three hours of FOB . Landing gear Position Lights indicated Three Green Lights as verified by the Pilot on Final Approach fix for Runway XXR; and then again during the landing checklist. The exterior mirror also showed the nose gear in the down position.There were no Audio gear unsafe warning indications and the Red Gear transition light was not illuminated.The incident ocuured after multiple take offs and landings at the airport and then during maneuveras at the practice area.After leaving the traffic pattern another aircraft realayed to us of the right langing gear beeing on the down position.There were no abnormal gear indictions in the cockpit. As a precaution we recycled the landing gear and had no abnormal gear indiction or vabrations
