Narrative

During our descent from FL430 to ZZZ; got an EICAS message: 'HYD VOLUME LOW system A.' At that moment ; the A-side hydraulic quantity indicated 14%; with the fluid temperature at 11°C and rising. After confirming the issue and monitoring it for a short period of time we started the checklist procedure for this situation . We then notified ATC of the situation and requested priority receiving a direct to ZZZ clearance. We then decided to request further priority handling. While proceeding direct; we reviewed the remainder of the checklist and completed all steps then briefing the procedure and the visual approach. We also advised ATC that we may need to stop on the runway and require a tug. On approach; ATC provided vectors for downwind and base for a visual approach.Once we landed; we were able to clear the runway without a problem.Once clear; we were able to taxi for a short distance and stopped on the taxiway; advised ground control that we had to stop on the taxiway and require a tug to the FBO. Upon arrival; the tug crew requested a consent form; which we completed and signed before they towed us to the FBO. After the shutdown; the passengers disembarked without any issue.
