Synopsis
A300 Captain reported after landing they observed a Cessna on their assigned taxiway past the hold short line and continued to the next taxiway..
Narrative
Approach and landing to ZZZ was normal. On check in told tower our parking location and told either 1 exit or right turn off further down the runway if we couldnt make 1. At approximately 60 knots we transferred the controls to me and I began to maneuver to exit taxiway 1 on the left. It was about the time that I was starting my turn that I realized there was a Cessna approximately five feet from the edge of the runway on 1 and well past the hold short line for runway XX. I ceased the turn and continued down the runway for a right turn off and informed tower of the airplanes position past the line. Tower provided a phone number to discuss our observation of what had occurred and whether we had to take evasive action which we did not. Contributing factors were construction at the airport; and the color of the Cessna which blended in with the pavement and the construction equipment in the background. I was looking at 1 as we were rolling out and never saw him until I was about to turn. I am not sure he would have been visible from the tower either due to everything around that particular intersection.
