Synopsis

Air carrier First Officer reported assigned gate parking at SPJC does not correlate to existing publications or Jeppesen Flight Deck Pro information.

Narrative

With the new terminal in Lima; came new gates with a vastly different numbering system. The information given to us as we get close to Lima (in range message) does not match with the information displayed on the FD Pro app. Depending on your parking assignment; the first turn after exiting the high speed turn off can be very different causing some confusion about expected vs actual taxi instructions.. We need a page added to the 10-9 pages (or some other way) for Lima that correlates the gate information given via the in range message to the parking spots on the Jeep pages; (i.e. gate XX=spot XXX). This will reduce workload at a critical time after exiting runway. Also; there's a note on the 10-9 page that states that primary gates are XXX-XXC in concourse C. I've been to Lima's new terminal maybe 8-10 times; and it's different every time. There doesn't seem to be any 'primary gates' per the 10-9 page. This can cause confusion after exiting the runway because it is possible to be handed off from Tower; to Ground; to Apron Controllers in a compressed amount of time depending on gate assignment. A high workload time.
