Synopsis
EMB-505 Captain reported electrical and cabin pressurization malfunction during cruise. Flight diverted and landed safely.
Narrative
We departed ZZZ for a ferry leg to ZZZ1. We climbed out normally and without any issues up to 430 on route to ZZZ1. While cruising at FL430; we received the Gen Bus 1 Fail CAS (Crew Alert System) message. I handed controls to my first officer and accomplished the appropriate QRH. Once I moved the switch back into the AUTO position; approximately 5 seconds later the aircraft went into full electrical emergency and Cabin HI Altitude. We doned the oxygen mask immediately; requested priority handing and started our emergency descent down to 10;000. We had trouble communicating as only one audio panel was working so I coordinated with ATC to get us down to 10000 so we could remove our masks and work to get the aircraft on the ground. Once at 10;000ft; we removed our masks and worked together phenomenally. We ran numbers to make sure we had enough runway at ZZZ2 to land since we lost flaps and ground spoilers. My first officer ran all performance factors and we determined we had enough runway landing distance and that it was safe to land at ZZZ2. Once we had all the information available at the time; landing the broken and battered aircraft was my main priority. We communicated with ZZZ2 and got set up on a 25-30 mile final. We brought the gear down about 20 ;lies out to make sure we would receive a 3 green message and we did. We intercepted the localizer and followed that in and made a safe landing in ZZZ2. We proceeded off the runway and taxied into the FBO without issue.
