AN ACR WDB TAXIED ACROSS AN ACTIVE DEP RWY AT ORD.

Narrative

IT WAS THE CAPT'S FIRST TRIP TO CHICAGO O'HARE IN MANY YRS. THE SO WAS BOTH NEW TO THE COMPANY AND TO THE AIRPLANE. I HAD BEEN TO O'HARE MANY TIMES AND WAS BUSY TELLING THE CAPT AND SO WHAT THE CORRECT PROCS WERE FOR PUSHBACK AND TAXI. WE WERE DEPARTING FROM THE N END OF THE CONCOURSE AND AFTER PUSHBACK AND ENG START; WE WERE CLRED BY ORD GND CTL TO TAKE THE OUTER TO THE JOG FOR 9L. WE STARTED TAXIING AND I SHOWED THE CAPT THE WAY TO THE OUTER TXWY. THE RWYS ACTIVE ONLY FOR TKOF WERE 4L; 9L; AND 32L FROM THE T1 INTXN. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO CONTINUE ON THE OUTER TXWY; I INSTEAD GLANCED AT MY 20/9 ARPT DIAGRAM AND MISREAD WHERE THE JOG TXWY WAS. I THEN TOLD THE CAPT TO CONTINUE STRAIGHT AHEAD (ON THE 9L/27R PARALLEL TXWY) TO THE JOG AND 9L. THIS RESULTED IN US TAXIING ACROSS RWY 4L ON THE 9L/27R PARALLEL WITHOUT A CLRNC. AFTER WE PASSED 4L; GND CTL SAID 'ACR WDB; YOU WENT THE WRONG WAY. HOLD SHORT OF THE JOG AND CONTACT TWR.' NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID ABOUT THE MATTER BY TWR OR GND. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 230220: WE WERE ON THE 'NEW SCENIC' TXWY AND CROSSED RWY 4L; TO THE JOG TXWY.
