Narrative

I was the final marshaller for flight XXXX ZZZ Outbound [gate] 1 (Aircraft X) when my crew got done disconnecting our flight right when my dispatcher was about to drive to come pick me up there was another plane which was flight XXXY ZZZ1 outbound [gate] 2 (Aircraft Y) tail was on top of me and my dispatcher's head I threw the X back up and we told the wing walker which we found his name is Person A to stop his dispatcher from getting close to our plane instead of trying to stop the aircraft from getting closer he just laughed at the situation like it was a complete joke. If the other dispatcher had started his engines I would have been jet blasted and who knows if I would be here right now writing this statement. The management would've had to explain to my family something terrible happened to me and they would have been very heart broken and upset as I am with Person A's negligence as to which he failed to stop the dispatcher from getting very close. I don't appreciate what happened to me and our crew. I feel this is unsafe and the fact that Person A was laughing like it's a joke that I almost lost my life. I feel some disciplinary action should be taken against Person A for his behavior and ignorance of the situation. It is clearly not SOP and not professional to be taking life as a joke and didn't even hold the X like his job function requires him to do. The very next day I was working a morning shift at Domestic bag room for a trade; and I was getting ready to head to the ramp to do my first flight of the day on my regular shift. When I was leaving the bag room Person A came up to me and admitted he was the crew on [gate] 2 and when I spoke to him in professional way instead of being sympathetic about the situation he just laughed about it and didn't take the situation very seriously so that's when I went to the back office again to write another statement against Person A. When we were in the back office with the other dispatcher he claimed that Person A kept telling him that he was good to keep pushing and only went off of what the wing walker told him to do and supposedly couldn't see the line well and that the ATC gave him clearance at the same time as my our crew had the clear as well.
