APCH KEPT US HIGH UNTIL 5 MI FROM IAF (10000 FT). HAD US DSND FROM 10000 FT TO 1600 FT. UNSTABILIZED APCH. FULL SCALE R OF COURSE. FULL SCALE ABOVE GS. ILS 35 MCO. FINALLY EXECUTED MISSED APCH. TWR GAVE US R TURN 090 DEGS; CLB TO 3000 FT. I NOTICED ALT AT 3200 FT. TOLD CAPT ASSIGNED ALT OF 3000 FT. AFTER SETTING CLB PWR NOTICED ALT CLBING THROUGH 3800 FT. AGAIN TOLD CAPT 3000 FT. LEVELED AT 3000 FT. EXECUTED NORMAL ILS TO LNDG. SPECIFICS: APCH ASKED US EARLY IN APCH IF WE WANTED VECTORS TO GET DOWN. CAPT REFUSED. ENTERED CLOUDS APPROX 2 MI FROM IAF AT 4500 FT DSNDING RAPIDLY. WENT THROUGH LOC. CAPT DISENGAGED AUTOPLT TO TRY TO REENGAGE LOC. DURING ATTEMPT ANGLE OF BANK EXCEEDED 30 DEGS. AT IAF LOC STILL PEGGED FULL R; GS PEGGED FULL DOWN. I SUGGESTED GAR AS WE HAD NO IDEA WHERE RWY WAS. HE CONTINUED RAPID DSCNT. FINALLY GOT ON LOC. ALT APPROX 1500 FT. GS STILL PEGGED DOWN. AGAIN ADVISED GAR. CAPT REFUSED. GS SUDDENLY WENT TO FULL UP. TOLD CAPT 'FULL SCALE DEFLECTION BELOW GS.' CAPT INITIATED GAR BUT DID NOT CALL FOR GAR CHKLIST. DURING GAR CAPT PUSHED PWR LEVERS TO 138 PERCENT TORQUE; LIMITATION IS 120 PERCENT FOR 5 SECONDS. THEN ALTDEVS OCCURRED. AT NO TIME WAS A CHKLIST CALLED FOR UNTIL SETTING UP FOR SECOND ILS ATTEMPT. IF CAPT HAD NOT INITIATED GAR WHEN HE DID; I WOULD HAVE TAKEN CTL OF ACFT.
