ACFT AT FL330; 20 MI S OF CHAMP. INTERMITTENT WARNING HORN SOUNDED. INFORMED THE CAPT THAT THE CABIN WAS AT 10200 FT. AN EMER DSCNT WAS INITIATED WITH A TURN TO THE W AND OFF TRACK; DOWN TO 10000 FT. CLRNC WAS RECEIVED BACK TO CHAMP AND THEN TO KENNEDY. THEIR WERE NO PAX INJURIES. HOWEVER; 1 PAX WHILE STILL AIRBORNE COMPLAINED OF CHEST PAINS. FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED ME THAT PAX WAS ALSO GRIEVING A FAMILY MEMBER. I CANNOT SAY IF THIS ATTRIBUTED TO HIS CONDITION. WE ACTED IN ACCORDANCE TO PROCS AT THIS POINT DESCRIBED AS; 'RED BOX ITEMS.' NO PROBS WERE NOTED IN DUCT PRESSURES; PACKS; OR BLEEDS. LANDED AT JFK WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. OUR SINGLE PAX COMPLAINING OF CHEST PAINS WAS APPROX 35 YRS OF AGE; MALE; AND RECEIVED MEDICAL ATTN AT JFK. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 238853: THE FE NOTIFIED THE CAPT WHO INITIATED DSCNT AND A R TURN OFF COURSE. WE ATTEMPTED CONTACT WITH ATC ON 129.9; 6577; AND 8846 TO NO AVAIL. WE ALSO CALLED ON 130.55 AND 121.50 AND ANOTHER ACFT ANSWERED. HE RELAYED TO ATC THAT WE WERE DSNDING TO 10000 AND TURNING R OFF OF A300. HE GAVE US ANOTHER HF FREQ THAT WE TRIED ALSO TO NO AVAIL. AT 10000 FT WE WERE ABLE TO RELAY THROUGH THE INITIAL ACFT THAT WAS HELPING US PLUS ANOTHER ACR ACFT. WE WERE CLRED TO EWR AND SUBSEQUENTLY TO JFK. WE MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG AT JFK.
