CHAIN OF EVENTS: WHILE PUSHING BACK FROM GATE AT FRANKFURT; GERMANY; OUR CAPT WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY HEARING THE TUG DRIVER DUE TO BLEED THROUGH FROM THE CABIN PA INTO HIS HEADSET DESPITE PA NOT BEING SELECTED ON HIS COM PANEL. THIS SIT CONTINUED DURING TAXI OUT ON GND CTL FREQ. INITIAL TAXI INSTRUCTIONS TO RWY 7L WERE VIA 'N-H-A.' APCHING TXWY N; THE CAPT NOTICED A CONFLICT AND ELECTED TO BYPASS TXWY N TO AVOID. BEFORE WE COULD NOTIFY GND; NEW INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN TO PROCEED TO TXWY L FOR RWY 7L VIA 'A-G-N-H-A.' APCHING TXWY L; THE MARKINGS FOR TXWY L AND TXWY A WERE CONFUSING AND THE HOLD POINT WAS INADVERTENTLY MISSED. AT THIS TIME TWR ISSUED NEW INSTRUCTIONS TO RWY 7R VIA 'W/R.' WHILE XING IN FRONT OF RWY 7L INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN TO 'EXPEDITE TAXI' DUE TO AN ACFT ON 4 MI FINAL. IN OUR HASTE TO CLR THE APCH END WHILE ENTERING UNFAMILIAR AREAS; TXWY R WAS ACCIDENTALLY BYPASSED. WE WERE THEN REDIRECTED TO RWY 7R VIA TXWY C-R. REMAINDER OF TAXI WAS UNEVENTFUL. HUMAN PERFORMANCE: TAXIING ON THE FRA RAMP IS VERY CONFUSING DUE TO THE NUMEROUS FADED RAMP MARKINGS; MULTIPLE SIGNS; RADIO CONGESTION AND FOREIGN CTLRS. ALSO; THE ENTIRE FLC WAS SOMEWHAT FATIGUED DUE TO POOR/NO AIR CONDITIONING AT THE LAYOVER HOTEL.
