SMT CARGO ACFT BENDS L PROP ON APCH; MAKES A GAR.
Narrative
I TOOK OFF FROM HAYDEN ARPT ON A PART 135 CARGO FLT TO ROCK SPRINGS; WY. I DEPARTED ON RWY 10. AFTER I WAS AIRBORNE; I REALIZED I FORGOT MY LOGBOOK AND ENTERED A L DOWNWIND FOR RWY 28. HAVING TURNED BASE; I HAD ALL MY BEFORE LNDG CHKS DONE AND PROCEEDED WITH THE LNDG. AT THE 1000 FT POINT; I REALIZED SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE LNDG CONFIGN AS I WAS LNDG WITH SOME PWR; APPROX 20 KTS. I ADDED MORE PWR BUT CONTINUED TO SETTLE LOWER TO THE RWY; I PULLED BACK ON THE YOKE AND HEARD WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE TAIL SKID TOUCH THE RWY. I PULLED UP ON THE GEAR HANDLE AND CONTINUED THE FLT AT THAT POINT TO ROCK SPRINGS; THINKING THE ONLY THING I HAD TOUCHED WAS THE TAIL SKID. ALL OTHER INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL ON THE FLT OVER. ONCE I LANDED AT ROCK SPRINGS AND SHUT DOWN THE ENGS; I SAW THAT THE L PROP HAD MADE CONTACT WITH THE RWY AND THE OTHER 3 INCHES WERE BENT FORWARD. I WENT IN AND CALLED MY COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES HE HAD COMPLETED CHKLIST AND WAS SURE OF 3 GREEN. WONDERS IF PERHAPS L GEAR NOT COMPLETELY EXTENDED. VERY EMBARRASSING AS HE IS AN INSTRUCTOR FOR HIS COMPANY AS WELL AS SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE. HE ALWAYS KNOWS IF THERE ARE 3 GREEN LIGHTS SINCE INCIDENT.
