WHEN REQUIRED TO READ BACK CLRNC FOR CLB AND XPONDER CODE FOR VERIFICATION; ALSO REQUIRED TO READ BACK CLB. READ BACK WHITESTONE CLB FOR LGA 4 RWY 13 10/3 DEP. DID NOT SEE CONEY CLB ON CLRNC OVER ACARS. WHEN READ BACK CLRNC; CLRNC DELIVERY VERIFIED WHITESTONE CLB. ON DEP WE BEGAN WHITESTONE CLB; WHICH STATES DEPARTING RWY 13R TURN TO 175 DEGS UNTIL LGA 2.5 DME THEN L TURN TO 040 DEG HDG. AFTER CONTACTING DEP; WE STARTED TURN TO 040 DEGS. AFTER A HDG OF 020 DEGS (APPROX); DEP REQUESTED A R TURN TO 340 DEG HDG AND ASKED US WHAT CLB WE WERE GIVEN. WE TOLD HIM WHITESTONE CLB; WHICH WE READ BACK TO CLRNC. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL US THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO A CONEY CLB FOR RWY 13 (R TURN 175 DEGS; AFTER 3000 FT R TURN TO 235 DEGS). HE EVIDENTLY CHKED BACK WITH CLRNC WHO MUST HAVE SAID THEY VERIFIED A CONEY CLB. DEP AGAIN QUESTIONED OUR DEP WHICH WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE READ BACK BEFORE. UPON CLOSER EXAMINATION; THE ACARS HAD CONEY CLB ON IT; BUT THE FIRST INTXN WAS WHITE. WE DIDN'T SEE THE CONEY CLB BECAUSE IT WAS HIDDEN ON SECOND PAGE OF ACARS CLRNC. CLB AND DEP PROCS SHOULD BE ON FIRST PAGE OF ACARS CLRNC SO IT CAN BE EASIER TO SEE. LGA IS A VERY CONFUSING PLACE TO FLY INTO AND OUT OF. FREQ CONGESTION IS VERY COMMON; AND DIFFERENT FREQS (OR MORE) SHOULD BE ASSIGNED TO RELIEVE THIS.
